<p>Autosabotajul emotional este unul dintre cele mai des intalnite blocaje cu care vin clientii in terapie. Multi oameni isi doresc schimbarea, dar nu reusesc sa faca pasii necesari. Ca psiholog, observ frecvent cum autosabotajul impiedica dezvoltarea personala, afecteaza relatiile si mentine anxietatea sau depresia.</p>
